Happy New Year!!!

Happy New Year Everybody!!! What am I, 7 days late?!!! With good reason though! I have been working my tail off as a Realtor and working to  prepare for my Open House this Sunday, January 11, 2009 from 2pm-2pm. Moving on, I was watching television last night and I don’t remember the television show, but they began talking about real estate and of course it immediately peaked my interest. The story was about million dollar homes who had their prices slashed drastically to sell and they are STILL sitting on the market. These homes are called “white elephants.” They are customized to the owners needs and of course they are HUGE!!! Right now, the market is like I have never seen it before. If you qualify for a loan, or you have cash on hand, you have an opportunity to get some AMAZING deals, I know for sure in the Metro Atlanta area! And these deals are not “white elephants!” The deals are property with wonderful potential and LOADS of value!
